6:00p.m. for Rebecca Westby applicant for a Special Use Permit for an additional dwelling in a converted barn on her property at 51 Block Factory Road, Germantown, NY in an RR zone and Ms. D’Souza applicant for Site Plan Review of the existing Pond, Utility Building, Animal pens and husbandry on her property located at 4301 Route 9G, Germantown, NY in an HC zone.
7:00p.m. for Primax Properties applicant for the Proposed Dollar General Store to be located on NYS Route 9G near the intersection of Main Street, Germantown, NY located in the Town’s HC zone and SVO (Scenic Viewshed Overlay). A Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been completed and accepted for the proposed action. The applicant has requested Site Plan and Subdivision approvals from the Planning Board for construction and operation of a new Commercial Retail Store.
